Räcker det med att man SER en fortified building location eller plockas den fram när den används dvs ger ett extra skydd som ändrar i tabellen eller när någon försöker gå in i den ??????? If the specific building Locations are not specified, they must be selected and secretly recorded prior to the start of play. Buildings cannot be fortified during play. A Fortified Building is not revealed until an enemy unit attempts to enter it, or it is successfully Searched (A12.152) or fired on with a result which would be different due to the increased TEM of a Fortified Building.
