A12.3 HIDDEN INITIAL PLACEMENT A SSR..... wherein a player may secretly record the location of his units in Concealment Terrain..... A12.34 HIDDEN GUNS An Emplaced..... An Emplaced Gun may also always use HIP if not in concealment Terrain, provided it sets up out of the LOS of alll enemy ground units.......
