DC vs Pillbox

B30.31 DC:........A DC may be Set vs a pillbox only by a unit in that pillbox’s hex or Location.

Any DC that detonates inside (i.e., after being Set within, or Placed/Thrown (A23.61) from and to within) a pillbox is resolved as a Set DC.

 

Tror att regeln säger följande:

A DC can be SET DC by a unit inside/outside the Pillbox (enda gången Set DC kan göras utanför Pillboxens väggar (outside pillbox location, but in same hex).

 

A DC can be placed/Thrown by a unit inside the Pillbox (empty),

"from and to within" betyder väl endast grovt översatt

från och till, inom pillboxen dvs. "within" betyder inom pillboxens väggar (=Location).

 

Annars skulle texten i början på regeln, vara ganska meningslös, för då skulle det betyda att man hade valet att kunna Place/Thrown a DC på ett snällt sätt (vanligt), eller elakt sätt såsom en SET DC.

 

B30.31 DC: The Defence Modifier of a placed/Thrown DC attack vs a pillbox/its-contents is determined by the hex occupied by the Placing/Throwing unit. If that unit occupies an adjacent hex in the CA of the pillbox or the pillbox hex itself, the attack is modified by the CA Defence Modification.

 

Håller med om att det skulle kunna var bättre skrivet, nu måste man tänka till vad andra regler säger, för att dra rätt slutsatser.
