AFTERMATH (7 Turns): The Soviet command called two militia companies forward to plug the overstretched front created by the first day’s assault, and held one rifle company in reserve. The plan was to counterattack and contest the German foothold in a factory hall the Germans had already abandoned, and in a large two-storey building west of the railway embankments, also abandoned. The Germans had other plans. Two Sturm companies were held in reserve. Sensing that the German line was thinner than expected, the Soviets crawled out of the hall through debris and shell holes toward the buildings along the railway embankments, which were also coming under fire from a Soviet artillery battalion mortar unit. Several Sturm troops were activated as the Russians entered the buildings after the defenders had been driven out. An immediate counterattack was launched in rain that grew steadily heavier, and the Russians were ejected after hand-to-hand fighting and exchanges of fire at point-blank range. Further north, the Germans forced their way with psnzer support into both factory halls, one hex in each. It was no significant advance, but it was still important before the third day arrive. AFTERMATH (7 Turns): The German assault into the Barrikady Gun Factory district began at dawn—one of the three main factory complexes targeted in the industrial sector (the others being the Tractor Works and Red October). The attack was carried out by two Sturm companies and one supporting rifle company: a shock force of 360 men from Sixth Army. They were backed by a platoon of three Panzer IIIL and three Panzer IVF1. Stuka support had been promised, and artillery fire had already been plotted. The Soviets had prepared two lines: 340 men in the forward positions and 180 in the second, for a total of 520 defenders. Their fire support consisted of two 45 mm anti-tank guns and two artillery 70+mm modules, to cover the approaches in front of the Chemist Shop and the Volga sector. The assault went in with the sunrise. Six panzers rolled forward with heavy infantry support against a front line already under German artillery fire. The attack quickly gained momentum. German tanks repeatedly cut Soviet withdrawal routes, forcing the defenders to stand and fight in place. Soviet artillery in the Volga sector then brought fire down on the German entry points; a force of about thirty men fell back off the board. The Stukas arrived on Turn 7 while the fighting was still in full swing. Their dives caused no casualties but saved a 548 squad that was about to be eliminated. Dagen börjde med Forging Spetsnaz: Morgan vann som Japs mot Peyre - Rysk Matros, Melvin - Spetsnaz i en slutfas som var 50/50 i närstrid där Spetsnaz blev Spetsade av det Japanska stålet. Därefter var det Cigarr i poolen, Peyre bjöd. Andra dagen, fredag med toppenväder, blev det Forging Spetsnaz igen, nu blev Peyre Japs mot Melvin som Rysk Matros och Morgan ledde Spetsnaz. Sovjetiska styrkorna rev upp det Japanska försvarslinjerna och som följd blev de slaktade i rask takt.

Scenariot har fått en errata, som kanske släpps framöver. In AP193 "Hit It & Quit It" the Partisan player receives VP for wrecking German trucks. A11.52, "An unarmed, stopped/non-Motion vehicle without Personnel Escort is captured instantly in any CCPh in which it is alone with opposing Infantry." SSR3, "Contrary to A11.21, Partisan units may Withdraw into a Location containing only a truck; provided they have not already attacked in this CCPh, they may then immediately attack the truck." From this it seems that the only ways the Partisans may eliminate (wreck) a German truck via CC is to attack when a German Infantry unit is present, or to enter into Melee with a German Infantry unit or experience an Infiltration DR, then Withdraw into a lone German truck and attack it via SSR 3. If the Partisan unit begins its CCPh with a lone German truck or it eliminates all German Infantry in the Location, it would instantly capture the truck and could not attack the truck with CC because it is now friendly. As a captured truck it has no inherent crew and so cannot be eliminated via D5.411. Is that correct? Or should there perhaps be a SSR disallowing capture of the German trucks?" In this scenario, trucks may be eliminated in CC instead of being captured. ....Perry

Övriga: Christian, Andreas, Morgan, Svante tar inte med sig varken ASL eller tärningar/torn. Personligt, ett måste att ta med sig: Två lakan eller påslakan, örngott, badhanduk, handuk, badbyxor, badrock. Täcken och kuddar finns att tillgå om man inte vill ta med sig egna. Torsdag: är vi 3 personer, ankommer på dagen ca 13:00, friendly gaming.
