INFANTRY MOVEMENT

A4.14 ENEMY UNITS: Infantry may not move into the same Location containing an unconcealed enemy unit during the MPh......

....However, PRC (7.211, D6.5) and charging Cavalry (13.61) can dismount in such a hex during the MPh.

CAVALRY

A13.35 ENEMY UNITS: A Cavalry unit may move into/through an enemy-occupied Location during the MPh only if all enemy units therein are Unarmed/Disrupted/concealed-(see 12.15/G.4), or if it is charging.

- If entering a concealed enemy unit Location the cavalry will be rejected in the same manner as if it was an on-foot infantry unit.

MOTORCYCLES & BICYCLES

D15.1 .....The word "motorcycle" will collectively refer to both (i.e., motorcycles with or without sidecars).

D15.43 OVR: Amotorcycle may be ridden through an enemy-occupied hex. Sidecars may even make an OVR (triangel) in the same manner as any unarmored vehicle, adding the one-fourth of their Rider´s FP (subject to TPBF) to the attack. A motorcycle may not be voluntarily dismounted in the same Location with a Known enemy unit [EXC: in Melee; A11.71].

The last rule seems to imply that a Motorcycle cannot end its MPh in an enemy-occupied Location only going through the hex.

As a reminder the following rule tell us that there is no need to fire at these type of Riders:

A8.312 TPBF: An armed, unbroken Infantry DEFENDER not in Melee must after all Residual-FP/minefield/OBA attacks then immediately attack any Infantry/Cavalry MMC unit that enters its Location during the MPh wheter it uses Defensive First Fire.....

etc. etc
