The following text from the rule-paragraphs is not complete

 

A2.4 CUMULATIVE TERRAIN EFFECTS: Terrain effects and movement costs of hexes containing

more than one terrain feature (such as 2I9) are cumulative unless specified otherwise by the rules

govering the involved terrain types.

 

B.1 ...most hexes are dominated by one specific terrain type and are governed by the rules for that specific terrain type. Usually , the dominant terrain type includes the hex center dot.

 

B13.1 Woods... such as hex 1C9 or 18J3 is considered a woods hex, as is 19X1 which also contains a road.

 

B13.2 ...a Wods hex in a Depression hex is still a level one LOS obstacle because the woods occurs on the higher fringes of the depression hex as well as in it.

B19.1 ...Unlike a Stream (even if dry) , the Gully symbol need only appear in a hex for it to

be considered a Gully hex. A Gully hex is treated as a Gully regardless of the other terrain

in the hex.

 

-- Denna regel får mig att tro att Terrain effects (A2.4) av woods inte är tillåten i Gully-Woods

-- utöver det som står i Gully reglerna.

 

B20.4 Depth: the depth of water in a stream is the only thing which distinguishes it from a

Gully hex. A Stream may be defined as one of the four types : dry, shallow, deep, flooded.

 

B20.41 Dry: if a Stream is dry it does not exist rather it is considered a Gully for all purposes.

 

-- Nu kommer nya regler som förut bara fanns som special regler för KGP, för övrigt

-- så är de inte nya för mig eller de andra som började spela KGP för länge sedan.

-- MMP har lagt till dem för att (se Chapter B notes) göra dem tillgängliga

-- (för de som inte har KGP -- antar jag).

 

B33.11 Entry: A unit enters a Stream (including a dry stream) -woods/brush/orchard hex across

a Stream hexside at the normal for its depth Stream cost.

 

-- Detta ovan motsäger Regel B19.4 och även dess exempel.

-- B19.4 Infantry move INTO a Gully hex at a cost of four MF regardless of wheter the move

-- is made through a Gully hexside or not.

 

B33.13 TEM a unit in a Stream (including dry stream) -woods/brush/orchard hex is in Open Ground if the LOS INTO that hex emenates from within or lies within the Stream depiction

as it enters that hex, otherwise, a unit in/IN such a hex is not in Open Ground and can claim

the hex´s... TEM.

 

-- Detta är även det en ändring från det gamla reglerna , till det bättre? kanske det.

 

-- Slutsats A10.5 DIRECTION (routing) and A10.61 TERRAIN BONUS (rally) gäller inte

-- för en enhet som befinner sig i Gully-woods.

 

-- I Gully-woods får man +1 TEM mot direct fire och fordon äntrar Woods oavsett hexside crossed

-- samma gäller Infanteri.

 

-- medans Stream-Woods (bland annat) så verkar andra regler gälla .

-- Reglerna borde skrivas renare , Terrain charten kan man strunta i om den inte överensstämmer

-- med reglerna annars är den en bra referens.
