    Jag är ganska säker på att OBA påverkar enheter utanför LOS. om enheterna är unknown måste man väl dra ett extra chit? För att motverka den överblick man har som spelare vilket enheterna på brädet inte har.

    Vill klarifiera att när det står "use Random Selection to determine the occupied Location..." så bör det erratas upp (om MMP orkar) och istället stå "randomly determine the occupied Location..." Dvs man kan aldrig få "ties" som man annars alltid kan få när der står: use Random Selection.
