Hej, sitter här o pillar med RB på vasl, och fick fram "gusty" när jag slog för vädret.....

Vad betyder "gusty" jag har en aning om det, men var står regeln....?

Svaret finns gömt på E 3.4. Missade det på en turnering vilket ändrade utgången av scenariot.
